The Woman's Club of Medford has been holding the 5th Grade Spelling Bee for over two decades. The bee is normally held in mid January.
Fifth grade students attending one of the Medford Township grammar schools and St. Mary of the Lakes School, as well as homeschooled students, are eligible to compete.
The top three finishers are eligible to move on to the NJSFWC Garden District Bee and in turn the NJSFWC State Bee.
