Our members have participated in many projects over the years which have had a beneficial effect on the environment. We have created a beautiful reflective bench area in Freedom Park as part of our Medford Works initiative. We have also conducted multiple park clean ups in accordance with the New Jersey Clean Communities program. And we do as much as we can to comply with recycling and other green initiatives.
The Woman's Club of Medford participates in the community wide Trex bench project by collecting recyclable plastic. The plastic is further consolidated at Lower Forge Brewery along with other donations and sent to the Trex company for production of benches to be used throughout the town.
