The Woman’s Club of Medford will be meeting on Wednesday, February 13 at 7pm. The meeting will be held at the Medford Memorial Community Center, 21 S. Main St., Medford. The meeting is open to area women over the age of 18.
Speaker for the evening is Member Victoria Martinez-Barber. Victoria is a Social Worker and her focus is dealing with victims of human trafficking. This is a national issue and happens in our region, something which we, as mothers, grandmothers, aunts, friends, should be made aware.
On Feb. 10, the Club is holding our annual Violet Tea. Proceeds from the Tea will be dedicated to the Alzheimer’s Association, the Alice Mietz Scholarship Fund and Club community projects. The Tea is open to the public and will be held at Medford Village County Club on February 10. Girlfriends on Main Sole Obsession and Soft Surroundings will be presenting a fashion show, highlighting spring clothing.
Please join us for an informative evening on February 13. Please note that the meeting day has been changed for only February.
